Invalid data notification & cancellation policy

INVALID DATA NOTIFICATION 

You have to make the reservation under the name of the CC owner.

For costumers who are departing from LA area, please make sure that the billing address, Street, Zip Code, DI and the CVV2/CVC2/CID Match. Otherwise the transaction will be declined and you will get an INVALID DATA NOTIFICATION.

For costumers who will arrive at LA area you have to make the reservation under the CC owner, If you still get the INVALID DATA NOTIFICATION please click OK on the INVALID DATA notification box then click ONE TIME in the pay button and the transaction will go through. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

We understand that circumstances may change your travel plans. Please keep in mind that there is a credit card processing fee charged to us for all transactions whether or not the reservation gets canceled.

a.- Customers who cancel more than 12 hours from the Pick-up time will be charged a non-refundable processing fee of $15 per reservation/leg to cover the credit card processing cost. 

b.- Customers who cancel less than 12 hours from the Pick-up time will be charged the full amount of the Total Fare. 

c.- In cases where your reservation is set to a "No-Show", no refund will be eligible.
